I get it! I understand the whirlwind of emotions that come with pregnancy, childbirth and the sudden reality of day after day parenting. I know it is HARD…but I also believe you can do it and do it well. I believe that all mothers deserve evidence based, judgement free, full circle support. When given that I am confident a woman will always know the best decisions to make for her body and her baby. I will be there for you no matter what your journey looks like. Whatever path you take, I will walk it alongside you. Lets work together to create an extensive safety net of knowledge, resources, love and care. Let me remind you of your power, your capability and your strength. Whether you need me as a hands-on pain management support, as a quiet presence in the room reminding you of your choices, or just someone to take over baby and home care while you rest and heal so that days don’t run together and you’re able to step into each day with a fresh start. I am here to look after your emotional journey, something no one else on your care team is able to primarily focus on.
